Aquaproof sandwich panels

Aquaproof roofing sheets are available as insulated panels, with rigid polyurethane foam sandwiched between two metal sheets. Panels run from 30mm to 75mm thick and give a cost-effective route to excellent thermal insulation in steel buildings, for energy conservation.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

  • Panels are manufactured from 25mm to 200mm, with the polyurethane itself available from 15mm. Thickness follows the U-value you need: at 35 kg/m³ density, 25mm gives 0.96 W/m²°C, 35mm gives 0.68 and 50mm gives 0.48. Higher density is available on request.
