Roof & Wall Cladding.

Profiled roof and wall cladding manufactured by Prime in steel and aluminium, in every colour of the customer's choice — including the Aquaproof self-locking profile that takes solar panels without ever penetrating the sheet.

Weight and thickness are subject to rolling tolerance as per ASTM standards. Base material conforms to ASTM A 653 or equivalent standards — JIS 3302, EN 10326 / 10327 and IS 277.

  • Aquaproof

100% leak proof, no exposed screws.

Aquaproof is a 100% leak proof profile sheet with self-locking caps at alternate ribs, optional at all ribs. Tighten the sheet with screws, then press the caps onto the ribs.

  • Solar

    Panels without roof penetration.

Solar panels install above the Aquaproof profile using special clamps that tighten without penetrating the roofing sheet — so the roof stays 100% leakproof after fixing.

  • Corrosion

    ASTM A 653

    Barrier and galvanic protection.

The combined action of aluminium and zinc makes Alu-Zinc more effective than steel coated with pure zinc, giving both barrier protection and galvanic corrosion protection.

  • PPGI — zinc coating (galvanized)

    Hot-dip galvanized steel.

The base steel material is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating as per ASTM standard, in a coating thickness range of 180 g/m² to 270 g/m² — subject to confirmation at the time of placing the order.

  • PPGL — galvalume (Alu-Zinc)

    A two-phase alloy coating.

    • The Alu-Zinc coating has a unique micro-structure.
    • An alloy layer forms at the interface between the coating and the steel substrate.
    • The overlay coating has two main phases — an aluminium-rich dendritic phase and a zinc-rich interdendritic phase.
